New Orleans Vintage Wedding: Laura & Andre are married!

By far, one of my favorite first look settings ever - the Oaks behind the Audubon Clubhouse. She simply floated toward her fiance in an ethereal beauty I wish I could have captured! 1216 Studio did capture it!

The bond between this mother and daughter was definitely something special. Ms. Gayle wanted Laura's day to be perfect. She wanted it to be beautiful and seamless and everything they wanted. Ms. Gayle came to me for a middle of the road package. She wanted to make sure everything came together perfectly. And it did.

Laura and Andre are both so natural. They have a classic feel about them....as though they just stepped out of a 50s magazine where they were just walking among the oaks in Audubon. So why not have their first look and wedding under those oaks?

Laura and Andre met under the oaks where they exchanged gifts and talked quietly of their day. They were then married under those very same oaks in front of a refinished hutch (with love from her mother). And they danced the night away to the Shotgun Jazz Band!

Congratulations Laura &Andre!! I sincerely hope you have a most blessed life together!!
